Course Overview
This course follows on from the Introduction to Sage Accounts course, to look at some of the more intricate or less common tasks you might need to undertake.
Prerequisites
- It also assumes an understanding of the Sage accounts user interface, an ability to navigate through the Sage Accounts program and to process day to day transactions.
- This course assumes basic knowledge of computer use ? using a keyboard and mouse, left and right clicks, basic knowledge of Windows etc.

After attending this course, delegates will be able to:
- Fully understand bank recurring entries and reconciliation
- Be confident in processing and fully reconciling a VAT return
- Understand the principle of journal entries and be confident in processing the more commonly used journals, including salary journals.
- Set up fixed assets and automatic depreciation.
- Understand the Sage Month End routine, including prepayments and accruals.
- Run and understand Financial Reports
