We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the operations team reporting to our accounts controller.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Daily bank reconciliations in GBP, Euro and US$
- Reconciling card transactions
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Processing expenses
- Supporting ad hoc finance and admin duties
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a finance department
- Hold a basic accounting qualification or working towards
- Have a passion for accuracy and attention to detail
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Competency in Excel and using company web applications
- Experience with an ERP system or analysing databases advantageous
