Finance Administrator

Snug is the UK’s first sofa in a box company, revolutionising the way we buy sofas. Our products are innovative and bold and so are our people. We are growing rapidly and hiring a number of roles for our Enfield head office.

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the operations team reporting to our accounts controller.
Key responsibilities:
  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Daily bank reconciliations in GBP, Euro and US$
  • Reconciling card transactions
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Processing expenses
  • Supporting ad hoc finance and admin duties
The successful candidate will have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a finance department
  • Hold a basic accounting qualification or working towards
  • Have a passion for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Competency in Excel and using company web applications
  • Experience with an ERP system or analysing databases advantageous
