Bookkeeping knowledge is essential, and the prosperous candidate must have experience of serving in an office preferentially a similar purpose and be good with numbers.
Role including Responsibilities;
Connected with client’s accounting records working various computerised bookkeeping software (Xero, Sage, FreeAgent and Quickbooks)
Make VAT Returns
Making bank reconciliations
General administrative tasks answering telephone calls, filing also supporting the Office Manager
Skill and Knowledge:
Must hold prior experience of working in a team
Knowledge of working with at least two of the software packages – Xero, Quickbooks, Sage 50, Sage Cloud
Good understanding of Excel, Word and additional Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent conversation skills, both verbal and written
Trained telephone manner
A high level of attention to particular
Sure, organised and keen to learn
