Account Executive / Administrator

Our client Company, based in Oxfordshire calls for an Account Executive to enrol in their group. They are seeking out someone to enrol in their organisation on a 3-month constant term agreement, to be able to be increased to a permanent agreement upon a successful review. As an Account Executive, you will be accountable for Compiling Mail Outs and making sure all requirements are met and mailed out inside the time constraints.

We are providing aid and management for the Account Team at the same time as also attending and contributing in Account Team Meetings.

Ensuring that a marketing campaign is maintained at all times even as making sure reserving figures are written upon Jobs Board.
This also includes ensuring personnel tiers are appropriate and handling the transport of successful projects.
Ensuring the team of workers timesheets are always to be had and completed.
It is assisting with any office obligations which might be required. This includes dealing with smartphone calls, taking and relaying messages, ordering and retaining desk-bound accounts.
Maintenance of the Merchandisers database.

As the suitable Account Executive, you may have great working know-how of all Microsoft programmes, especially Excel, Word, Access Databases, Powerpoint and Outlook. The perfect candidate may even have appropriate verbal and written communication abilities and be able to talk properly with numerous individuals.
